CAROLYN BIGGS-HARRIS

President/Owner

A visionary, President & CEO Carolyn Biggs-Harris created CBH Construction as a first class residential building and remodeling and construction management firm. Carolyn completed the Turner School of Construction Management in association with the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority in Fall 2017. Carolyn is a California State Licensed Class B General Contractor.

In addition to her passion for building, Carolyn is committed to making a difference in our community. US TOO! (Urban Scholars & Trades Outreach Organization) is a non-profit organization providing scholarships and trades readiness outreach programs for urban disadvantaged women, minorities, LGBT youth and others.

CHRISTINE GILARDI

CFO, Director of Business Development

Christine Gilardi is a company officer and CFO. She brings over 34 years of experience in business.

Christine completed the Turner School of Construction Management in association with the San Diego International Airport and the San Diego County Water Authority in Fall 2017.
